Sugar Cookie Recipe


Vanilla Almond Suger Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
1tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp almond essence
1 egg
3-4 cups (480g) flour

Method

Mix butter and sugar until its fluffy and well-incorporerated.
Add the vanilla extract, salt, almond flavouring and egg into the butter mixture.
Gradually add the flour into the mixture until it cleans up the sides of the mixing bowl.
Roll the dough using wax paper or a baking mat.
Cut the cookies using your preferred cookie cutter.
Places the tray with the cut cookies into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake at 190 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
